Chinese cuisine is known to be the most varied cuisine in the world. We had also tried various dishes here. For our appetizers, we had the Special Two Hot Two Cold Combination and the Seaweeds with Century Egg. The Special Two Hot Two Cold Combination was a favorite it is a combination of hot and cold varieties of dishes that will enhance our appetite. It had the sweet saucy roast pork, soyed chicken, seaweeds and ginger sauce. The Seaweeds with Century Egg is a crispy tasting jelly appetizer with a subtle spicy kick.
For the soups, the Dried Scallops with Mashed Pollonchai Soup and the Buddha Soup were served. The Pollonchai Soup is a green and healthy vegetable mixed with assorted fresh seafood. The Buddha Soup is a known Chinese delicacy because it makes used high-quality ingredients cooked in a special way.
We had Lemon Chicken, Fried Lapulapu with Green Mango, Shredded Beef with Green Pepper, and Patatim with Steamed Buns. The crowd favorites were the Lemon Chicken because of its sweet lemon sauce and the Patatim with Steamed Buns because of the tender pork which falls right off the bones and its thick and sweet sauce.
We also got the chance to try their best sellers – Hot Prawn Salad and Steamed Imported Scallops on Shell with Garlic. The Prawn Salad was sweet and creamy and the Steamed Scallops was huge and the garlic flavor gave out a unique taste.
To conclude the sumptuous dinner, we were given the Mango Sango with Ice Cream and the Peanut Soup with Lomaichi. The Peanut Soup with Lomaichi was also a favorite because of its creaminess paired with glutinous rice balls.
