The Meatball Ala King was a stand out for some because of its creaminess. The creamy white sauce resembles the sauce for Carbonara.
The favorite Chinese specialty was their Chinese Lumpia. You can simply ask the staff manning the station to make you one. Their Chinese Lumpia uses 23 different ingredients that is tediously cooked. This is one of Chik Chow’s specialty.
