When you feel like you’ve been wanting to crave some delish Cajun cuisine, don’t worry because Cebu has that restaurant that offers Cajun Cuisine in Ayala Center Cebu. Satisfy your cravings for Cajun Cuisine at Murray’s New Orleans!
Murray’s is not that conveniently located though at Ayala Center Cebu Garden Roof Deck, but it’s adjacent to The Social.
Dining at Murray’s is so unforgettable because of its jazz music and cool ambiance. It takes you to New Orleans. The restaurant’s décor resembles that of a Mardi Gras!
Murray’s menu selection has incorporated the Cebuano taste in their dishes. For our starters, we’ve had their BBQ Chili & Chicken Nachos and their Oyster Rockefeller. My personal favorite for their starters was their Oyster Rockefeller. The oyster was fresh and the butter just did some miracles to the flavor of the dish. The nachos was kind of so-so but the serving was reasonable for its price.
We’ve also had tried their Seafood Ponchartrain Pizza before our main entrees were served. The pizza had a thin crust which was really crunchy and the seafood toppings were sort of limited, still the flavor did really float even if it was not that generously topped.
Our main course were their Hickory Smoked Chicken, Baby Back Ribs, and my all-time favorite, Everglades Seafood Jambalaya The Hickory Smoked Chicken’s sauce made wonders improving the taste of the chicken. . The Baby Back Ribs was tasty but it wasn’t on par with my favorite Back Ribs at another restaurant.
Cajun cuisine would not be complete if it weren’t for their Jambalaya’s. Murray’s Seafood Jambalaya really caught my taste buds. Its serving was enough to fill about two person because its sausages, calamari, shrimp and fish. The spicy flavor of the Seafood Jambalaya was really to my liking.
Ending the sumptuous meal at Murray’s, we’ve had their Peach & Mango Cobbler and their Mud Pie topped with Vanilla Ice Cream.
Murray’s really a perfect place to chill, to dine, and to experience the Cajun fusion cuisine! Check out Murray’s menu
